Here's how it works:
- Get in touch with our customer service team at info@kleancastoroil.ca, available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm ET. Our dedicated customer concierge will assist you in obtaining the return address and generating your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please send back the unused portion of your product along with the original invoice that accompanied your purchase. In case you don't have the invoice, provide your name and the email used for the order so we can assist you. Ensure the return reaches us within 30 days from the initial purchase date to validate your refund.
- You are accountable for covering the return postage costs, and we advise using a tracked or delivery confirmation service to streamline the process and prevent any delays. Please be aware that we must receive the bottle(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date to validate the refund.
- All charges, excluding shipping and handling fees, are eligible for a full refund. While our ultimate goal is your satisfaction, we must adhere to these guidelines to ensure fairness and consistency in our refund process.
- Our policy strives for fairness. If you purchased multiple bottles within the 30-day period, only one bottle can be opened for a return.
- We appreciate your understanding and fairness in return. Typically, processing your package takes about a week, and it may take an additional 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund the amount to your card or bank account (debit card).
